Success of our Dual Eligible Advocacy service is measured by the member experience (net promoter score) and by the increase in dual penetration and retention.

  • Education and Assistance with Medicare Savings Programs and Full Medicaid (including SSI)
  • Professional Advocacy including Authorized Rep status with State Medicaid Agency 
  • Assistance in paying for prescription drugs from the Low-Income Subsidy program (“Extra Help”).
